Çağların Cephesi – Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Assisto Bilişim Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Assisto", "we", "us" or "our") publishes the mobile game Çağların Cephesi (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information is processed when you play the Game, why, and what choices you have.
Short version: the Game has no accounts and we run no game servers. Your progress, purchases and settings are stored on your device. Personal information is processed by Google: for the ads in the Game (Google AdMob) and for in-app purchases and subscriptions (Google Play Billing). In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent through Google's consent message, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → About → Ad privacy options. In Türkiye, the Game shows only non-personalised ads. We never see your payment card details.

2. Information we process
Information stored only on your device. The Game saves the following in its private storage on your device so you can continue where you left off:
- campaign progress, stars, rewards, chests, cards, commanders and their levels;
- in-game currencies (gold, diamonds, experience) and items you received from purchases;
- your VIP status and the record of purchases the Game has delivered;
- daily reward and ad-reward counters, tutorial and daily-quest progress, challenge and survival records;
- settings: sound, music and effect volume, screen shake, particles, vibration and language;
- duel records you create, and duel codes you choose to copy or paste;
- your consent choices for ads (stored on the device by Google's consent tool).
We have no server that receives this data and we cannot see it. Uninstalling the Game, or clearing its data in Android settings, deletes it, including your diamond balance and other progress. What Google Play keeps for your Google account is restored: ownership of one-time packs and an active VIP subscription are restored when the Game starts and with Shop → Restore purchases. Duel codes are only shared if you copy them and send them to someone yourself, using an app of your choice.
Advertising data (Google AdMob). The Game shows ads served by Google AdMob: optional reward videos (for example, to double the gold from a battle or to get an extra daily chest) and full-screen ads between battles. There are no banner ads and no ads during a battle. To serve, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud, Google's SDK collects and shares with Google, automatically:
- device identifiers: your Android advertising ID and app set ID;
- your IP address, from which an approximate location may be estimated;
- interactions such as app launches, taps and video views;
- diagnostic information about the performance of the Game and the SDK;
- your consent choices.
Google processes this data under its own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. We have limited the content rating of ads in the Game to PG at most.
Purchase data (Google Play Billing). Purchases and the VIP subscription are processed entirely by Google Play. The Game receives only a confirmation from Google Play (such as the product ID, purchase status and a purchase token) so it can deliver what you bought. We never receive your payment card or bank details. Google processes payment data under the Google Payments Privacy Notice.
Google Play. You download the Game from Google Play. Google processes information about your download and device under the Google Privacy Policy. If you have allowed your device to share usage and diagnostics, Google may show us anonymous, aggregated crash and performance statistics in the Google Play Console. These statistics do not identify you.
Communications. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to answer you.
Device permissions. The Game uses internet and network-state access (for ads and purchases), the advertising ID permission, the Google Play billing permission and the vibration permission (for optional haptic feedback, which you can turn off in Settings → Vibration). It does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.
We do not use our own analytics or crash-reporting tools, and we do not collect your name, contacts, photos, precise location or other sensitive information.
3. Why we process it (and legal bases)
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis (GDPR / KVKK) |
|---|---|---|
| Running the Game and remembering your progress on your device | On-device data | Not transmitted to us. Performance of a contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)) |
| Showing non-personalised ads, limiting how often ads appear, preventing ad fraud | Advertising data | Legitimate interests in funding a free game (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)). Where local law requires consent to store or access information on your device, we rely on consent |
| Showing personalised ads (not in Türkiye) | Advertising data | Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), collected through Google's consent message where required. In Türkiye, the Game requests only non-personalised ads |
| Delivering purchases and the VIP subscription | Purchase data | Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)) |
| Answering your messages | Communications | Legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)) |
| Meeting legal obligations (for example tax records) | As required | Legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c); KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç)) |
4. Your choices
- Consent and privacy options. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the Game shows Google's consent message when it first starts. You can review or withdraw your consent at any time in Settings → About → Ad privacy options (this button appears only in regions where Google's consent tool requires it). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
- Advertising ID. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or turn off ad personalisation, in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads; the wording depends on your device). You can also manage how Google personalises ads at adssettings.google.com.
- Ads are limited. Reward videos are optional and are shown only when you choose to watch them (at most 6 per day). Between-battle ads are not shown in your first battles, during a battle or right after a defeat. VIP members and No-Ads Pack owners do not see between-battle ads.
- Subscriptions. You can cancel the VIP subscription at any time in the Google Play Store app: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions). Uninstalling the Game does not cancel a subscription.
- Delete your data. Uninstalling the Game deletes all on-device data. To manage data held by Google, use Google's tools at myaccount.google.com.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only:
- with Google (Google AdMob and Google Play), as described above, and with the advertising partners Google uses to serve ads;
- with authorities, where the law requires it;
- with a successor, in a merger or sale of our business.
United States. Some US state privacy laws treat the use of data for cross-context behavioural advertising as "sharing". You can opt out by deleting your advertising ID or turning off ad personalisation in your Android settings, as described in Section 4.
6. International transfers
Google may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. For transfers from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google relies on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. For transfers from Türkiye, see the Turkish notice (KVKK Art. 9).
7. Retention
On-device data stays until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. We keep emails sent to us only as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 2 years. Google keeps advertising and purchase data according to its own retention policies.
8. Children
The Game is a strategy game for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In some countries the age at which you can consent on your own is higher (for example, up to 16 in parts of the EEA); if you are below that age, ask a parent or guardian before giving consent to personalised ads or making a purchase. Parents can require approval for purchases with Google Play's parental controls. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will help delete it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or KVKK), you may have the right to:
- access your personal information;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- complain to your data protection authority.
Because we hold no personal information from the Game on our own servers, most requests are fulfilled directly through the controls in Section 4. For anything else, email info@assistotech.com and we will answer within 30 days.
10. Security
We do not run servers that store your data, which keeps the amount of data at risk small. Communication between the Game and Google's services is encrypted in transit.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the Game.
12. Law and contact
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting the mandatory consumer and data protection rights you have where you live. Questions: info@assistotech.com.
