Çağların Cephesi – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Çağların Cephesi (the "Game"), published by Assisto Bilişim Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Denizköşkler Mah. Ferah Çıkmazı Sk. No: 2 İç Kapı No: 1, Avcılar / İstanbul, Türkiye ("Assisto", "we", "us"). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to: copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the Game; reverse engineer, decompile or extract its code or assets, except where the law expressly allows it; remove copyright or other notices; cheat, or manipulate purchases, rewards or ads (for example, with modified versions of the Game or tools that alter its data); or use the Game for any unlawful purpose. Duel codes you share must not be used to harass others.

3. Ownership

The Game, including its code, characters, artwork, text and design, belongs to Assisto and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Music and sound effects are used under the licenses listed in the Game's settings screen. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Virtual items and currencies

Gold, diamonds, experience, cards, chests, VIP benefits and other in-game items ("Virtual Items") are part of your license to use the Game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, cannot be transferred or sold to others and are not your property. Your progress and balances (gold, diamonds, including diamonds you bought, cards and other Virtual Items) are stored only on your device: uninstalling the Game or clearing its data permanently deletes them, and we cannot restore them because we keep no copy on a server. What Google Play records for your Google account is restored: ownership of one-time packs (they are not sold again and their contents are not given a second time) and an active VIP subscription are restored when the Game starts and with Shop → Restore purchases. We may change how Virtual Items work as part of updating and balancing the Game.

5. In-app purchases

• Through Google Play. You can buy diamonds, one-time packs (including the No-Ads Pack, which permanently removes between-battle ads; optional reward videos stay available) and the VIP subscription inside the Game. The first purchase of each diamond pack gives extra diamonds at the rate shown in the Game; this bonus is given once per pack, based on the save on your device. Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. The price, in your local currency and including any applicable taxes, is shown by Google Play before you confirm. Google processes your payment; we never receive your card or bank details.
• Delivery. Purchased Virtual Items are delivered to the Game on the device you use, immediately after Google Play confirms the payment.
• Refunds. Refund requests are handled under the Google Play refund policies. You can request a refund through Google Play, or contact us at info@assistotech.com. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from a contract for digital content, that right may end once delivery of the content has begun with your consent. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
• Minors. If you are under the age of majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian before making a purchase.

6. VIP subscription

• What you get. VIP is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. While it is active: no between-battle ads; 3 of the daily extra rewards without watching a video; 10 diamonds each day; and a VIP badge and base banner. VIP does not increase battle power.
• Renewal and cancellation. The subscription renews every month at the price shown in Google Play until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store app (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions). After you cancel, VIP stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Uninstalling the Game does not cancel the subscription.
• Changes. Google Play notifies you of price changes as required by its rules. We may change VIP benefits; if a change reduces them, we will tell you in the Game in advance, and you can cancel.

7. Chests and random rewards

Some chests give random rewards. Battle Chests (100 diamonds) and Commander Chests (500 diamonds) can be opened with diamonds, which you can earn in the Game or buy. The rarities and odds for each chest are shown in the Game's "All rewards" window before you open it. Each opening is independent; previous results do not change the odds. Rewards from chests are Virtual Items and cannot be exchanged for money or traded.

8. Ads

The Game shows ads served by Google AdMob. Reward videos are optional; the reward is given after you finish watching the video, up to the daily limit shown in the Game. Ads may not always be available. Ads are provided by third parties and we do not control their content, although we limit their content rating to PG at most. How ads use data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the Game handles information, including ads (Google AdMob), purchases (Google Play Billing) and how to change your consent in Settings → About → Ad privacy options.

10. Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any part of it at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. If we stop offering the Game, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible; Virtual Items have no cash value and are not refunded on discontinuation unless the law requires it.

11. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or that saved progress will never be lost.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assisto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

13. Termination

These Terms apply while you use the Game. Your license ends automatically if you breach them. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it; remember to cancel an active subscription in Google Play.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rights and venues available to you where you live.

15. Changes and contact

We may change these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes, we will tell you in the Game. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: info@assistotech.com · +90 543 697 99 87.
